The intent of this regulatory action is to amend or modify provisions of the Virginia Stormwater Management Program Regulation (9VAC25-870) to allow for changes in the statewide permit fee schedule supporting the Virginia Stormwater Management Program in accordance with Chapter 552 (Budget Bill, Item 377 L 2) of the 2021 Special Session I Acts of Assembly.
