This regulatory action aligns the Real Estate Board (board) regulations to statutory amendments effective July 1, 2019 (as passed by the 2018 Session of the General Assembly). The board is amending regulations regarding continuing education requirements for brokers, the definition of supervising broker, and supervising brokers' duties, to comply with the changes to the law. |
