| Action Summary |
The Board of Medicine has amended 18VAC85-50-10 et seq. to conform regulations to changes made to the Code of Virginia by passage of SB551 in the 2016 General Assembly (Chapter 450). The changes relate to deletion of the requirement to submit a practice agreement for Board approval and the requirement for the practice agreement to include periodic site visits for physician assistants who provide services at a location other than where the physician regularly practices. |
