Description of Proposed Guidance Document Changes
Delete Document ID 7008, the Community Policing Act Data Collection Instructions and Specifications which provides law enforcement agencies instructions for the monthly submission of their data required under section 52-30.4 of the Code. The information, already set forth in Code and Regulation is already provided to those agencies required to submit and is a non-regulatory user manual that should not have been listed as a guidance document.
