Description of Proposed Guidance Document Changes
The agency proposes to delete this technical bulletin from its list of guidance documents because the advertising practices occurring at the time the bulletin was issued are no longer used. Additionally, a majority of the provisions included in the bulletin are established in Va. Code ยง 3.2-5631.
