Description of Proposed Guidance Document Changes
As a result of actions by the 2013 General Assembly, certain water quality programs previously administered by the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) are now administered by the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). The following guidance documents associated with the implementation of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act and the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Designation and Management Regulations have been updated solely to correct typographical errors and update website links, to reflect the change in program administration from DCR to DEQ, and to reflect current regulatory and statutory authorities (Va. Code ยง62.1-44.15:67 et seq. and 9VAC25-830 et seq.), and do not include substantive updates or revisions. GM22-2001 replacing DCR-CBLAB-013 GM22-2002 replacing DCR-CBLAB-014 GM22-2003 replacing DCR-CBLAB-016 GM22-2004 replacing DCR-CBLAB-017 GM22-2005 replacing DCR-CBLAB-018 GM22-2006 replacing DCR-CBLAB-019 GM22-2007 replacing DCR-CBLAB-020 GM22-2008 replacing DCR-CBLAB-021 GM22-2009 replacing DCR-CBLAB-086
