To Prevent Opportunities for Waste, Fraud and Abuse
Onsight Visits Unannounced MUST take place periodically to prevent 'ghost billing' and/or other potential fraud schemes being revealed across the U.S..
We keep seeing stories of poor care, and/or poor conditions. What additional measures are under consideration to prevent this? Perhaps stiff fines/penalties to owners/administration leaders for violations over certain thressholds will act as a deterrent. They should be substantive but reasonably fair.
