Please understand it is very difficult for persons such as Government Regulators who have never lived with persons with disabilities to understand the need for live-in Care. I have started and operated such homes in Indiana and know that there is no way these special ones can live without 24/7 care. If they could there would be no reason for the home to start with. The full time love and care cannot be replaced by someone who comes and goes. Too many physical as well as mental needs exist. If what is being proposed is truly the case then there would be no need for full-time nurses in hospitals. I heard you to rethink this. They are in a home where they need the love and care that larsh can offer them.
