Voters should not be inconvenienced by reactionary rules to unproven problems which probably don't exist. Unless those claiming that there is actual fraud can demonstrate (and prosecute) such fraud, I see no good reason to further disenfranchise the electorate.
Let people vote. If you find fraud, prosecute it. Let's stop pretending that there are problems without evidence. This feels more like an act of political finger-pointing and paranoia than a sound rule based on an actual problem.
