All this talk about freedom, this and that, and yet Trans people can’t take dumps freely? Seriously, it’s the most absurd argument that is simply and obviously rooted in bigotry for political points against a disfavored minority.

How do you plan to enforce something like this? You gonna post a guard outside to pull up every woman’s skirt to check and see or what? Because that seems pretty invasive to me. And expensive. Especially when a heterosexual man, who is the most likely to engage in a sexual assault in a public bathroom, or literally anywhere, can simply walk through the door of a women’s bathroom any time they want. Thus, why on earth would anybody go through the trouble of committing to a transgendered lifestyle under the circumstances? It simply doesn’t make sense. 

Also, why are you people so obsessed with people’s genitals in public bathrooms? It’s weird. Stop it!
