I urge the Board of Health to restrict their activities to public health measures rather than catering to the whims of reactionary culture warriors. There is ZERO public health rationale for banning trans women from participating in sports. This measure will only cause physical and psychological harm to some of the most marginalized people in the Commonwealth in in order to score cheap political points for the far right. If the Board of Health approves a measure like this, they can no longer be trusted as a legitimate public health organization.
