Guidance Document Change: The updates allow for Priority 1 applicants who do not receive funding to be placed in the funding pool with Priority 2 and Priority 3 applicants in order for the remaining unfunded Priority 1 applicants to have a chance at receiving an award.

Funding and wavier

I really don't have nothing bad to say my son was on list for short time and get the services he needs but one thing I would say is you have to keep calling if u need help and someone will reach out to you I'm my son voice and I speak loud so someone can hear me
