| Action Summary | Chapter 552 of the 2025 Acts of the Assembly directs the Board of Education, in part, to “develop and approve a geometry add-on endorsement for teachers licensed by the Board to provide instruction in geometry for students in kindergarten through grade eight. The subject matter of this regulatory action will be a geometry add-on endorsement which will be housed in 8VAC20-23. The intent, and goal of this regulatory change will be to develop a geometry add-on endorsement which satisfies this directive from the General Assembly. |
