CHAPTER 260
REGULATIONS ESTABLISHING THE VIRGINIA QUALITY LABEL (REPEALED)
2VAC5-260-10. Virginia Quality Label. (Repealed.)
This definition of the Virginia Quality Label supersedes
all former definitions heretofore established for this label.
2VAC5-260-20. Contents of label. (Repealed.)
The Virginia Quality Label shall consist of an outline map
of the State of Virginia and be of the same general configuration as that which
appears below. The words "Federal-State Inspected" or "State
Inspected" shall appear across the top of the label. The words
"Quality Controlled" shall appear acrosss the label under the outline
map of the State of Virginia. The grade designation and name of a commodity, if
used, shall appear below the words "Quality Controlled." The shield
of the United States may, with the consent of the United States be used in
conjunction with the Virginia Quality Label, and if used shall appear below the
Virginia Quality Label.
2VAC5-260-30. Custody and control. (Repealed.)
The custody and control of this label and its use shall be
under the supervision of the Director of the Division of Markets. Conditions
for the use of this label on any commodity must be set forth and receive the
director's approval before being used.
