The location of the project is 0 Payne Town Road, Max Meadows, VA 24360, east of Interstate 77, with a centroid of Latitude: 36.874298, Longitude: -80.8231601. The project will have a maximum rated power capacity of 52.2 megawatts on approximately 17 acres. As proposed, the project will include the utilization of approximately 64 battery energy storage system units.
