The James City County Wetlands Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 5:00 P.M. in the County Government Conference Room of Building F, 101 Mounts Bay Road, James City County, Virginia.

The Wetlands Board will hear the following case:  VMRC #24-1223
WJPA-24-0017/: Mr. Randolph Carnell, Living Shorelines, LLC, on behalf of Governor's Land Foundation, has applied for a Wetlands Permit for the installation of a living shoreline on property located at 1635 Harbor Road, JCC Real Estate Tax Map Parcel No. 4320700001B.

The applications and plans are on file and may be viewed during normal office hours in the Stormwater and Resource Protection Division, 101 Mounts Bay Road, Building E, James City County, Virginia.
