The Common Interest Community Board will be taking public comment on a proposed guidance document. The guidance document is being changed to reflect amendments to the Virginia Real Estate Time-Share Act resulting from (i) the recodification of Title 55 of the Code of Virginia, which became effective on October 1, 2019, and (ii) statutory changes that became effective on July 1, 2020.
