| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receive evidence and testimony relative to amendments to 2 VAC 15-20-40 and 2 VAC 15-20-81 and the issuance of an order temporarily suspending enforcement of retail below cost selling. Amendments to 2 VAC 15-20-40 effect the base establishment period and the addition of new base producers. Amendments to 2 VAC 15-20-81 effect the final producer payment date. The issuance of the order effects enforcement of below cost pricing, at retail as specified in 2 VAC 15-20-100. Anyone desiring copies of the amendments or order may contact Edward C. Wilson, Jr. for copies. Any persons requiring special accomodations should notify Edward C. Wilson, Jr. at least 5 days prior to the meeting so that suitable arrangements can be made. | |||
