| Purpose of the meeting A meeting open to the public to discuss general business matters requiring board action. However, portions of the meeting may be held in closed session, pursuant to ยง2.2-3711 of the Code of Virginia. The board will entertain public comment at the beginning of the meeting on all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes.
