Purpose of the meeting
A public hearing to receive evidence and testimony relative to Regulation 2 VAC 15-20-100 6(b)(c). The Commission seeks public input on a proposal made during the periodic review of its regulations. The proposal would permit promotional specials below cost selling on fluid milk products. The hearing will be conducted under the provisions of 2 VAC 15-20-125.
