| Purpose of the meeting Secure services committee and non-secure services committee meet at 8:30 to receive certification reports. Full Board convenes at 9:30 to act on certification reports and approve local plans submitted pursuant to the Virginia Juvenile Community Crime Control Act. The Board will be asked to issue for public comment proposed regulations governing the monitoring, approval and certification of programs (6 VAC 35-20-10 et seq.)and to set a date for a public hearing on the proposed regulations. | |||
