Purpose of the meeting The Charitable Gaming Board (Board) will meet virtually to discuss general matters affecting charitable gaming. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodations in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. The method by which the Board chooses to meet shall not be changed unless the Board provides a new meeting notice in accordance with the provisions of Va. Code § 2.2-3707.
