| Purpose of the meeting The Permit Streamline workgroup will cover approximate original contour guidelines, experimental practice permit update, biological monitoring protocols and will include a briefing on PEIS & WV mountain top studies. The regulatory workgroup will cover subsidence and water replacement abatement guideline orders, ownership and control regulations, reasonably available spoil regulations, and excess spoil fill design criteria and land form grading regulations. A deaf interpreter is available upon request. Public comments will not be accepted at this meeting. | |||
