| Purpose of the meeting A regular meeting of the Commission to consider industry issues, distributor licensing, base transfers and reports from staff. The Commission offers anyone in attendance an opportunity to speak at the conclusion of the agenda. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. Inclement weather procedure: Should the Governor issue a delayed opening for state offices in Charlottesville (usually a two-hour delay) due to inclement weather on Wednesday, February 20, the Commission meeting will be proceed as scheduled at 1:30 p.m. Should state offices in Charlottesville be closed for the day Wednesday, the Commission meeting will be postponed until Friday, February 22 at 1:30 p.m. | |
