| Purpose of the meeting The board will conduct its normal quarterly meeting from April 17 to April 18, 2002. The Board will tour various locations on the Eastern Shore to observe pesticide management on April 17. Portions of the meeting may be held in closed session, pursuant to ยง2.2-3711 of the Code of Virginia. The board will entertain public comment at the beginning of business on April 18, 2002 for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date so that suitable arrangements can be made. | |
