Purpose of the meeting Third meeting of the Title V Fees Stakeholder Group, if necessary. The group has been established to review the fee structure for the air program to ensure that there is sufficient funding to cover the costs of the Title V air program. The Clean Air Act requires that annual fees collected from permittees be sufficient to cover all costs (direct and indirect) required to develop and administer the program requirements. Based on current revenue projections, the current fee structure will need to be adjusted in order to continue to satisfy this Clean Air Act mandate. | |
