| Purpose of the meeting A board’s general business meeting. Portions of the meeting may be held in closed session, pursuant to § 2.2-3711 of the Code of Virginia. The public will have an opportunity to comment on any matter not on the board's agenda beginning at 9 a.m. The board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date so that suitable arrangements can be made. | |
