| Purpose of the meeting A regular meeting of the Commission to consider industry issues, distributor licensing, base transfers, fiscal matters and reports from staff. The Commission will review evidence and testimony received at an informal hearing held on the same date on Order 21 impacting Regulation 2 VAC 15-20-100 §§ 6(b)(c)(e) and § 7(b).
