A. A licensee must respond within 10 30 days to a request by the board or any of its agents regarding any
complaint filed with the department.
increase response time for persons who must respond to a request. Ten days is a very burdensome requirement while attempting to conduct normal business operations. If the complaint is well founded, the additional time for response will not an affect the outcome.
please consider adding the requested change. Also, DPOR should not be receiving vindictive complaints from VDH while VDH is a competitor in the market place. This is just poor practice and I believe more discretion is required.
