When did the ABC become an am of or taken over by the Church of the Latter Day Saints? I thought that the ABC was responsible for the sale and ensuring that VA taxes were being paid on alcoholic beverages. Regulations governing what someone can wear when purchasing an alcoholic drink is indeed vague, discrimatory and IS big government trying to do it all and control all. I am an adult. I know I can make choices myself. There are already laws on the book which regulate public nudity in Virginia. We surely don't need hundreds of agents trying to administer regulations which have nothing to do with sale/taxes. Please let the ABC agents take care of the myraid of issues they are currently sattled with-and NO MORE USELESS REGULATIONS which are being proposed presumably by a few who are trying to exercise their will and beliefs over many.
