Even if you don't believe that transgender women are women, this rule is completely unnecessary and would do more harm than good. The threat posed by "biological males" to girls participating in sports and using locker rooms will not be solved by banning trans women from those spaces. There is no phenomenon of men "invading" women's spaces by claiming to be transgender. It is attempting to solve a problem that doesn't exist.
