I strongly oppose Action 4905 as it is very discriminatory, dangerous, and hurtful. And I don't even understand why the Health Department has anything to do with this. This is all politics. It shouldn't be.

Transgender people should be able to play sports of their choice just like everyone else. They should not be forced to play in the wrong gender groups. They should have access to the bathrooms and locker rooms that align with their gender identity as well. It would be dangerous if you make them use those that do not align with their gender identity. 

I oppose very hateful and discriminatory Action 4905.
