This enforces a binary; it will cause sexual assault (and already has in many cases!) of cis women who appear masculine. It will excuse rape so men can say "i just wanted to know if she was cis!" and they can get away with more violence. It will make every hateful individual a suspicious inspector & cause anybody that looks gender neutral to be susceptible to violence. It could even kill them.
