As a resident of Henrico, I strongly oppose Action 4905. This action will not protect youth, it will cause unnecessary harm to trans youth and non-trans youth alike. This action will allow the targeting and harassment of any youth PERCEIVED as “other” according to WHOMEVER. Action 4905 does NOT represent the majority of constituents and is a hateful and divisive tactic to push an ulterior motive. It is downright DANGEROUS, unlike trans youth who are just trying to exist and live their lives without constant prejudice and oppression.
