Please make paid LRI caregivers/parents permanent. As parents of a loved one with a disability, we know what is best for our children. My son/family has seen a revolving door of aides but they all leave once they either hear the pay, hours, what needs to be done, etc. It has caused my son more stress to have aides that are not reliable; it gives him anxiety to not have a stable aide & more so he is more comfortable when it is a parent whom he trusts and knows will be there no matter what.
