This variance should be DENIED and new data centers should not be built until the electrical utility can handle the the entire load. It is understandable that major outages due to storms or other rare occurrences occur but this is because there is a predicted overload on the system caused by the explosive over building of data centers. Please condiser this variance as if these diesel generators where spewing pollutants in YOUR backyard. Would you be comfortable with breathing and hearing the output of these generators from March to July? The good news is that this variance expires by by July 31,2023 but this sets a bad precedent that infrastructure does not have to be completely in place before building. Seems like the cart before the horse.
