Action Summary The 2022 General Assembly passed HB 316, which codifies existing Motor Vehicle Dealer Board Dealer-Operator recertification regulations 24VAC22-10 through 24VAC22-70) to Virginia Code ยงยง 46.2-1583 -46.2-1589. The regulation is posted in the Virginia Register Volume 26, Issue 24. The MVDB will remove regulation 24VAC22-40-10 through 70.
