| Action Summary |
The Boards of Nursing and Medicine have amended section 60 to include the statutory authorization to issue a restricted volunteer license to nurse practitioners. The amendments conform regulations to ยง 54.1-2957.001 of the Code of Virginia as adopted in SB901 in the 2015 General Assembly. |
