Action Summary |
The Board has amended section 45 on practice by a graduate of an occupational therapy or occupational therapy assistant program while awaiting examination results to conform regulations to changes in the Code of Virginia in Chapter 252 of the 2014 Acts of the Assembly (SB203). In the amended regulation, the applicant may practice for up to six months or until he has received a failing score on the licensure examination, whichever comes first. |
