Action Summary |
The proposed amendments (i) incorporate changes required by admendments to the Code of Virginia, including a required tuition surchage for certain students and in-state tuition eligibility provisions for military personnel and their dependents, (ii) provide clarifying language regarding the domicile determination process, and (iii) remove the listing of specific visa categories, which were moved to a guidance document that may be updated as needed based on changes to visa categories. |
