Action Summary Repeal of regulation. Chapters 405 and 639 of the 2011 Acts of Assembly transferred administration and collection of the motor vehicle rental tax (24VAC20-100) from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to the Department or Taxation (TAX).
