Under proposed changes in Rules and Regulations for Licensing Facilities and Providers, you have stated that caregivers for person in a group home may not live with the residents.  This will needlessly destroy the model of L'Arche, an international organization with locations around the world, now including Virginia.  L'Arche is a unique facility,l famous around the world. But it depends on caregivers being able to live in community with those with intellectual disabilities.

I beg you not to change the regulations to destroy L'Arche in Virginia.
