I urge that this amendment be passed to allow citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia be able to protect themselves and their families.  Crime is on the rise in parks and everywhere else.  Gangs are out of control and we need to be able to protect our own lives and the lives of our loved ones.  A pass on this bill is a "no brainer" for the protection of our loved ones.
