Carry in Forests

Sirs,

I believe that individuals who can legally own handguns should be able to carry them on forest land as well as anywhere else, in the same manner as otherwise allowed by state law in typical non-forest locations.  If people can open- or concealed-carry in public, they should be able to do so on forest land in the same manner.  I believe this is more consistent in application of legal rights, including the Second Amendment.  People who cannot legally own handguns would of course not be able to carry anyway.  Thank you for you consideration.
