Whether or not caretakers live in the home is not an important attribute that must be legislated. Please remove this change from the propsed changes. L'Arche provides wonderful services that promote the dignity of the human person - in fact, this is enabled, in part, by the fact that the members of communities with disabilities and without live side by side in community. Please do not endanger this beautiful and important community model.
