My name is Anna Downey and I am concerned about the change in definition of group home which states that services can not be provided by individuals who live in the home. I have known about a great organization called L'arche that provides an environment for people with and without disabilities to live and work together. This environment provides a loving and supportive place that would be lost if this wording previously stated is kept. L'arche is a wonderful example of what a group home should be and this way of life needs to be preserved.
