Allow Va CHP and all reciprocal states to carry un/concealed in all state parks.  Afterall, any law restricting firearms is an infringement, and in direct OPPOSITION TO THE CONSTITUTION!!!!!

All these gun laws, and not one shred of evidence to show they've done anything but enable criminals and create victims.  Of that last, there is plenty of evidence.
