Since more than 180 days have passed since the end of the NOIRA stage, a Time Frame Waiver must be granted by the Governor's office.

Agency Reason: In trying to keep this regulation with other building-related regulations (including the Uniform Statewide Building Code) that are being considered by various workgroups, the Department requests an extension to the 180-day requirement between the close of the NOIRA comment period and the date the proposed regulation is submitted to DPB. The proposed regulation has been certified by the OAG and is ready to be submitted to DPB.
