I care about protecting our national forests, but I also care about protecting our rights.  You don't have to sacrifice one for the other; it's time the government learned that.

Everyone has the right to protect themselves, and being in a secluded place, far away from the "safety" of police and other emergency rescue personnel, is as good a place as any to take advantage of your Second Amendment right. 

As the saying goes, "When seconds count, the police are only minutes away."
