Landlord working/ management

I have been working bingo since the age of 16 and now the age 27. Then I was told since my father was landlord I couldn't work bingo because I was immediate family I think that is discrimination because I have worked the bingo Sense the bingo had started in 2006. I think of that bingo more than most things in this world. I feel with me not working. The Association, charitable gaming, and the community has lost a great deal. Viewing the reports sense I have quit there is a six figure drop each quarter since I have quit. When I attended the gaming board meeting they said they were loosing ?? money well let's start here.and get this stupid rule changed and get off our rear ends and get to work.Change this rule and let the landlords and immediate family work.
